I am so excited to begin my sixth year at Reese Road Leadership Academy!  There is not a better place to be.  I have taught school for over 17 years.  I began  at Fort Benning teaching seventh grade at Faith Middle School and fifth grade at Stowers Elementary School.  When my daughter was a baby, I taught pre-k at my church, Wynnton United Methodist Church.  The year she started kindergarten, I began teaching part-time at Key Elementary and Double Churches Elementary.  I joined Mrs. Massey at Reese Road Leadership Academy in 2005. I have been here ever since and consider this my family.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 22 years.  We have two wonderful children.  Parker, who is a sophmore at the University of Georgia, and Jayce, who is beginning her first year of high school.  I love spending as much time as possible with them.  We also have a dog named Nick.  He was a present from Santa Claus.
I enjoy reading, shopping, and spending time at the river.  I also like to go to the beach and Georgia Bulldog games.
This year has started out as one of the best years ever.  I hope to develop a love for learning in your children and have fun while we learn.  I am looking forward to a wonderful year.  Thank you for sharing your children with me.
